When do I need to pay a deposit?
After receiving the quote and approving it, a $100 booking fee is charged to reserve the date on our calendar. This fee is non-refundable. Changes can be made on orders up to 2 weeks prior to event when the balance is due.
Are there additional fees on top of balloon decor?
Yes, we provide delivery, installation and tear down (if décor is built on our frames). Pricing varies based on delivery location and time of day. Set-up/Tear downs scheduled before 8am and after 6pm fall outside of our standard business hours and will be an additional fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?

What if my event is cancelled?
If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event and we would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable.
Can balloons be recycled?
Latex balloons are biodegradable and can be safely disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. Foil ballons are not biodegradable but can be deflated and reused for future events.
How far do I need to book your services in advance?
It’s best to secure your date with a $100 deposit 2-3 months in advance to ensure our availability. However, if our calendar permits, we can make last-minute bookings.
How long will the balloons last?
We use only the highest quality balloons and materials; however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.
Indoor installations can last up to 4 weeks in the right conditions. Outdoor installations need to be set up the day of your event, and we do not guarantee they will last more than a day.
Do you do balloon releases?
We do not provide balloons for balloon releases. As proud members of the Coalition for Responsible Celebration, we are committed to environmentally responsible practices and have pledged not to support balloon releases due to their impact on wildlife and the environment.
Do you offer marquee lights?
Yes, we have beautifully hand-crafted white wood 4ft tall letters with warm lights. We can change the lights to fit your brand/theme for an additional charge.
Do you offer balloon bouquet deliveries?
Yes, you can order balloon bouquets directly from our website. We have hundreds of designs to choose from. We deliver 7 days a week all over San Diego county, Temecula and San Juan Capistrano.
How long does installation take?
The time it takes to install our balloon décor varies and is based on the scale of the design. All our inflating is done ahead of time so that we can try to keep it to under an hour whenever possible.
What area to you deliver to?
We work in all of San Diego County. We will travel further based on the size of the event.
